YANGMINSHAN INVENTORY

Westerly Pentland 31’ [32’6” with bowsprit] – built 1976

Ketch rigged

Bilge keels [ These have had the recommended strengthening work done and keel bolts replaced by a previous owner  also the hull has been epoxy coated and professionally repainted in white – see surveys ]

Since purchasing Yangminshan in 2004 I have been following a programme of upgrading and refurbishing until what was a very nice vessel in good condition is now an excellent example of her type.

The three bladed propeller is slightly over sized, this has no effect on max hull speed, 8 – 9 knots, but combined with the powerful engine results in an exceptionally manoeuvrable craft at slow speed.

Webasto diesel central heating system installed 2004, this provides heating outlets to aft cabin, fore cabin and main saloon  controlled by thermostat in main saloon.

The entire vessel was rewired 2004 / 2005 and a new switch and fuse panel installed.
